St. Peter Catholic School
When St. Peter School opened in 1952, the pastor, Fr. Joseph Pastorek, said, “We owe it to our children to give to them a school wherein they will obtain not only a fundamental knowledge of the three R’s, but also a knowledge of God and the reason for which they were placed in this world.”
The faculty and staff of St. Peter School continues to strive to offer a strong academic education in a Christ centered community that emphasizes Christian moral values. We want our students to be prepared morally, academically, socially and culturally to make positive contributions, now and in the future, as both local and global citizens.
Each year, the Diocese of Toledo is required to undergo an audit to ensure that it is in compliance with the articles of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops’ Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People. This year’s audit examined the audit period of July 1, 2018 through September 30, 2021. Bishop Daniel Thomas is pleased to announce that the Diocese was found to be in full compliance with the requirements in the Charter following the audit.
