Exercise Groups
St. Peter Exercise Group
St. Peter Exercise group is a low impact aerobic exercise class including floor exercises, free weights, and resistance straps. The group meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 PM in the parish gathering space.
Soul Core Exercise
Soul Core is movement that combines core strengthening, stretching, and functional exercises with the prayers of the rosary. These sessions will be offered periodically, with our next series being on Monday nights in the parish gathering space at 6:30 PM on Monday, 12/01, Wednesday 12/10, and Monday 12/15..
