St. Peter Exercise Group
St. Peter Exercise group is a low impact aerobic exercise class including floor exercises, free weights, and resistance straps. The group meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 PM in the parish gathering space.
Summer Pickleball
Join others at Fabens Park beginning in July for fun and casual games of pickleball. All ages are welcome!
SoulCore Exercise
Soul Core is movement that combines exercises with the prayers of the rosary. We have a Monday evening session at 5:00 PM focusing on strength, stretching and function. We have a Tuesday 9:30 AM session focusing on stretching and mobility. We also have Chair SoulCore exercises on Thursdays at 9:30 AM. All sessions are held in the Rock (gym).
