received First Holy Communion at St. Peter. Please note there is a separate registration, medical release, and donation for Sunday Youth Nights, which is a component of the Confirmation Preparation.
I willingly entrust my son/daughter to the St. Peter Youth Ministry Team for the purpose of preparing him/her for the Sacrament of Confirmation. I agree that my son/daughter will complete the following elements of preparation:
- Attend & actively participate in all three
Sponsor/Candidate/Parent Mtgs
- Participate in a full weekend Damascus Retreat Feb 27- March 1, 2026 (Retreat Registration & $155 due February 6th; scholarships available if needed)
- Complete two interviews with the Confirmation Coordinator
- Complete Works of Charity Project and Confirmation Saint Essay
- Complete Confirmation Decision Point Workbook with parents/sponsor
- Regular Youth Night attendance
- Attend Church regularly and pray with family
